How does the UK perform? | |
Comparisons of unemployment rates across the G7 show the UK has performed extremely well over the last few years
(chart 6.4.1), with the UK�s unemployment continuing to be well below the rate in other major European countries. The comparison of long-term unemployment
(chart 6.4.2) shows that the US and Canada have the lowest proportion of long-term unemployed. The UK performs well against the other major European countries.
