The latest National Statistics on the small and
medium-sized enterprise (SME) sector produced by the Department for
Business Enterprise & Regulatory Reform were released on 30th July 2008
according to the arrangements approved by the UK Statistics Authority. |

Small and Medium Enterprise Statistics include data for
England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and each of the English
regions for the start of 2007. The latest release updates the statistics
previously released on 22nd August 2007 (UK data) and 20th December 2006
(regional data). |
